Excellent 3D work is now hitting the big screen regularly, the latest being the exceptional Hugo. One imagines that eventually the circle of cognoscenti will Venn out of "Friends of Cameron", perhaps even developing from the semi-pro end of the market. If it does, it will be because of efforts of people like the 3D@Home Consortium who put out great information, white papers and tutorials, trying to protect the eye-balls of us all.
